The Alan Guttmacher Institute, New York, NY – This Not-for-Profit research organization, retained BGA for the relocation of its New York City offices to Lower Manhattan. The new 18,600 S.F. offices, occupying an entire floor of the building, feature exceptional views from all (4) sides. BGA designed a floorplan layout to capitalize on the breathtaking river views, maximize the number of perimeter private offices and incorporate a 46-person Board Room.
