Mike is a 34-year veteran who has applied his talents and skills to education and medical facilities, research labs, and major retailers, as well as non-profit institutions, professional service firms and commercial interiors. He has been with BGA since 1996.
Acutely attuned to the needs of his clients and to the subtle cues of the site, Mike is a master at making a striking design statement that fully integrates each individual aspect of a project, resulting in a cohesive, unified theme. For example, in a project for a non-profit health insurance company, Mike designed the ground-floor walk-in enrollment center, as well as 60,000 square feet of office space. An expert in landlord/tenant requirements, he worked with both parties to consolidate the space, previously located on eight floors, to two large full floors of an office complex.
Mike is a highly proficient designer and detailer. His sharp talent for sketching readily enables him to translate his design ideas into an image for clients, thus helping them grasp the concept immediately.
