A technically savvy and seasoned professional with more than 35 years of experience, Michael brings a unique set of talents and skills to projects of all types. He has been an important part of the BGA team since 2008.

Michael’s vast experience encompasses numerous projects involving building conversions and additions for educational, medical, retail, public agency, institutional and landmark properties. Recent noteworthy projects include a multi-phase storm mitigation initiative at 2 Broadway, occupied by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York (MTA); and a project for the flagship store of American Eagle Outfitters in New York City’s Times Square, where BGA integrated the “Billboard” concept store design and incorporated LED panels on the 4-storey façade and roof mast.

Another significant BGA project spearheaded by Michael involves the replacement of nearly eight linear miles of glass in approximately 5,000 windows in the iconic Starrett-Lehigh Building, a landmark structure in Manhattan’s west Chelsea neighborhood. To quote our client: ”Boddewyn Gaynor’s team was deft in their approach and displayed an aptitude for detail that proved to be the difference in obtaining the approval of the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission to proceed on one of the largest façade + window replacement projects…”

A solutions-oriented manager, Michael possesses the high standards and an ability to develop multiple solutions that have earned him a reputation for exceeding expectations. BGA is indeed fortunate to have this highly skilled professional on our team.
